Milled from a solid block of aluminum, this lightweight cheeseplate gives you the freedom to mount your MDR.S exactly where you need it on your camera build.
The MDR.S provides a compact receiver option ideal for gimbal and Steadicam setups, but its limited mounting options can make integration challenging. This plate solves that problem with a series of ARRI-pattern 3/8”-16 and 1/4”-20 threaded holes, including pin-lock holes for secure and versatile mounting. The pattern supports quick-release systems from Kondor Blue, Factory 400, LNK, and 16x9.
The rear 1/4”-20 hole allows the MDR.S to mount behind a top handle in a “paddle-style” configuration. The plate can also be rotated 90°, letting you position the 1/4” hole on any of the four sides for maximum flexibility.
