A simple Y-cable with a 12-pin hirose on one end that splits into a 3-pin fischer and D-tap on the other. This cable supplies power to the lens from the D-tap and triggers run/stop using the 3-pin Fischer. The trigger button on your servo will now trigger run/stop.
